I bought a used boat from Dan's in March 2021 from salesman Dave. We had some issues with the boat the first time out. Called and brought the boat in to see what the problem was and Dan's fixed it with no out of pocket expenses to us. Then we were on vacation a few months later and the starter went out which was caused from the previous problem. Brought it to a marine repair shop up north by our cabin to get fixed. Got the invoice from the repair shop and brought it to Dan's. Talked with Terri and Joe and the service department and they took care of the total repair. Thank you! I brought my boat in with a leak a couple of weeks ago. We suspected a leak in the live well system but it turned out to be a rivet issue. The repair was done quickly on warranty. The communication was very good. I decided to add a bilge float switch and Tonneau cover. Everything was done quickly at a good price. Everything worked perfectly the following week on Lake Vermilion (except the fishing :-( ). Everyone at Dan's is very knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need, they can get it. Always nice to talk to our salesman, Randy, when we are there.
