The Lessee whose signature appears below agrees to the following terms:
The Lessor, Dan's Southside Marine shall not be held liable for any damage or claims arising out of damage to Lessee's stored equipment sustained as a result of fire, the acts of a third party, corrosion, roof collapse, snow, wind, vandalism, or by the elements. The Lessor is not responsible for loss or damage to canvas during transport or due to heavy loads due to weather. If canvas is on boat it will be assumed it is adequate to leave on for transport and storage. Payment for this storage constitutes acceptance of contract terms and must be paid in full at the beginning of this agreement. No refund will be given for early termination of storage agreement. labor charges will apply for early termination of this agreement. Items remaining after end of storage agreement term will charged $10.00 per day. Late payments will be charged 1.5% per month. All equipment must be winterized or summarized prior to storage.
